Payment Options

Kandi Dental requires the full cost of treatment due at time of service.  We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and CareCredit.  We also accept most major insurance plans.  We are in-network providers for Delta Dental Premier.

Patients WITHOUT  Dental Insurance:

For patients without dental insurance, we offer a courtesy adjustment of 5% when you pay with check or cash that day.

Patients WITH  Dental Insurance:

For patients with dental insurance, the estimated  patient portion or co-pay is due at time of service. Be advised that any amounts proposed to be paid by insurance providers are estimates only, and that no guarantee can be made by our office regarding these amounts.

In the event that the amount paid by your carrier differs from the estimate, you may be billed for the outstanding balance. Any financial balance is ultimately your responsibility, and you may be billed for any claim not paid by your insurance provider within 60 days.

All patients must present their insurance information prior to or at the time of service for a courtesy claim filing.

Payment Requirements:

A monthly finance charge will be assessed and added to the balance on all accounts exceeding 60 days from the date of service. Any outstanding balance not paid within 120 days (4 months) of date of service will be sent to a collections agency.
