Dental FinancingYour oral health and providing you with exceptional care is important to us. In addition to making your dental experience comfortable, we work very hard to make your financing comfortable. For your convenience, we offer several payment options including cash/check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and for qualified applicants, CareCredit.

We do ask for services to be paid in full. For our cash patients who pay their balance in full on the day of service, we off a 5% discount if paying by cash or check.


For the convenience of our patients, we are now providers for CareCredit. CareCredit is a credit card used in health, dental, optical, and veterinary clinics where you will not be charged interest as long as you make regular, monthly payments to the credit card. Dental Insurance

Dental InsuranceWe will do what we can to help you utilize your dental insurance. However, it is our policy to provide you with the best quality dentistry and not necessarily what your insurance coverage dictates. We accept most dental insurances and will electronically submit your claims to your insurance company at no charge to you.

At this time, we are not accepting any new patients with BluePlus, MA, PrimeWest, or UCare insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling a dentist appointmentWe set aside a specific amount of time for your dental appointment. Missed or broken appointments represent a cost to us, to you, and to other patients who could be receiving care in the time set aside for you. Broken appointments interfere with your dental treatment and create unnecessary scheduling problems for other patients. Because of this, we enforce a strong cancellation policy.

We realize things happen unexpectedly, which is why we allow up to 2 failures. After 2 failed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, this will result in you not being seen by our practice. Our goal in communicating this cancellation policy to you is to ultimately keep costs low for our patients since failures and last-minute cancellations cost us time and money.
